Helpful intelligence.
Clear boundaries.
BestBody uses AI to understand ordinary language, organise relevant context and explain practical options. It does not treat generated text as unquestionable fact.
Interpretation
BestBot can interpret a request such as “I only have 20 minutes” or “plan meals around my night shifts”, then route it to the relevant workout, nutrition or planning tools.
Structured calculations
Defined calculations, permissions and safety rules remain in versioned, testable engines. Source data and assumptions remain traceable and editable.
Personalisation
Recommendations can use goals, preferences, recent activity and other information the user has chosen to provide. More data does not automatically mean more access: permissions and purpose still matter.
Limits and human control
AI can be wrong or incomplete. Users can review and change plans. BestBody supports general wellness and fitness; it does not diagnose, prescribe or replace qualified care. See Safety and Editorial Methodology.
