BestBody supports general fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. It does not diagnose a condition, prescribe or change medication, provide medical nutrition therapy, treat an injury or replace a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or other qualified professional. In a UK emergency, call 999.

Nutrition values are estimates

Reference data, product labels, recipe calculations, portion choices and photo-assisted estimates can all differ from the food actually eaten. Check labels when allergens or exact values matter, and edit uncertain entries.

AI can be wrong or incomplete

BestBot helps interpret requests, organise context and explain options. Generated wording is not treated as unquestionable fact. Structured engines control defined calculations and rules, while the user reviews and changes the resulting plan.

GPS and connected data have measurement limits

Route, distance, pace, steps, sleep and other connected values depend on the phone, wearable, permissions, signal and source system. BestBody can show and use that context; it cannot make the underlying measurement clinically exact.

Plans require honest inputs

Workout and meal plans depend on the goals, experience, schedule, equipment, restrictions, preferences and portions supplied. A plan may need to change when those inputs or your health change.

Supermarket information changes

BestBody organises meals into a grocery list and can compare a planned basket, but it does not promise a permanently cheapest retailer or guaranteed stock. Prices, pack sizes and availability change by time, shop and channel.

Access and platform limits

The app is built for iOS and Android, while public access is being prepared through the UK early-access process. Device capabilities, operating-system versions and permissions can affect a feature. See supported platforms.
