Plain terms for using
the BestBody website.
These terms cover the public website, free calculators and resources, access-update registration, early-access requests and contact forms. They do not create an app account or subscription.

General information, not individual advice
Website content and tools provide general fitness, nutrition and wellbeing information. They do not diagnose or treat a condition, prescribe or change medication, provide medical nutrition therapy or replace suitably qualified professional advice. Do not use the website for an emergency. In a UK emergency, call 999.
Calculator and content accuracy
We take reasonable care over published content, but inputs, data sources and circumstances differ. Calculator outputs are arithmetic estimates; running equivalents are not race predictions; nutrition and grocery examples are not guarantees. Check important information at its original source and review the published limitations.
Prices, features and availability
BestBody’s published individual membership price is £6 per month or £50 per year. Public access is being prepared through UK early access. Prices, features, app-store availability and third-party products can change, so the information shown when a purchase or account invitation is available takes priority over an older public page.
Access updates and early-access requests
The access-update form uses a full name, email address and a required email-notification choice. The early-access form uses first and last name, email address, mobile number, account type, UK nation, postcode and a required service acknowledgement to prepare and contact you about an account invitation. Optional product news by email is a separate, unticked choice.
Submit accurate details for yourself. A registration records an expression of interest; it does not guarantee an invitation, public opening date or subscription. Do not use either form to send health records or urgent information. Handling of those details is explained in Privacy.
Contact submissions
The contact form uses the name, email address, selected topic and message supplied so the BestBody team can handle and respond to the enquiry. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment details, medical records or unlawful material. BestBody cannot provide individual medical advice through the contact form.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, evade access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, harvest personal information or reuse the site in a way that infringes the rights of BestBody or another party.
Intellectual property and third parties
BestBody branding and original site content belong to their respective rights holders. Product names and marks used in comparisons belong to their respective owners. References to a third-party product, event or service identify or compare it and do not imply an affiliation. External providers control their own websites, content, availability and terms.
Changes and contact
These website terms may be updated when the website, access model or applicable requirements change. Material revisions will receive a new update date. Use the contact page for website, product, privacy or content questions.
