The BestBody app is built for iPhone and Android phones. Public UK access is being prepared through early access; store links will be added when the production listings are published.
Mobile app platforms
BestBody supports iOS and Android. Exact operating-system and device requirements are confirmed in the relevant store listing when public distribution is available. This website explains the product and handles early-access registration; it is not presented as the full BestBody web application.
Apple Health
On a supported Apple device, BestBody can use permitted Apple Health data to add activity and health context. You choose which supported categories can be shared and can change permission in the relevant settings.
Health Connect on Android
On a compatible Android device, BestBody can use permitted Health Connect data. Availability depends on the device, Android version, installed services and permissions.
Wearables and source platforms
BestBody reads supported data through the health platform available on the phone. A watch or other device may first need to write its data to Apple Health or Health Connect. BestBody does not claim a direct integration with every wearable brand.
Manual logging remains useful
Core meal, workout, hydration, weight and measurement records can be entered directly. A health-platform connection is optional and does not remove the need to check questionable sensor values.
Privacy and permissions
Connected health data is used only with the relevant permission. Review privacy, security, data sources and product limitations.
